Integral to the B.H.M.S. the study program is industry training, a cornerstone experience provided annually. The school meticulously selects businesses for this training, offering students the chance to gain paid work experience in a globally renowned Swiss hospitality venue early in their careers. The initial assignment involves a junior support role, enabling students to apply the skills acquired in their first six months at school. Culinary students focus on industry training within their department, while hospitality students undergo training in service, housekeeping, or other supportive departments.
